Develops and delivered standards-based PE curriculum focused on fitness, motor skills, teamwork, and lifelong wellness.
Assess student fitness levels using evidence-based tools and created individualized improvement plans.
Establishes clear expectations and routines to maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
Ensures a safe environment by maintaining equipment, enforcing safety protocols, and teaching proper techniques.
Uses technology (fitness trackers, and assessments) to monitor student growth, enhance instruction and uses student fitness data to modify curriculum and improve outcomes.
Maintains gym, outdoor fields, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient use.
Manages equipment inventory, placed orders, and coordinated repairs or replacements as needed.
Works closely with the current Athletic Director to support athletic program operations, gaining hands-on experience in game management, compliance, and event coordination.
Participates in recruitment efforts for student-athletes and athletic ambassadors, increasing student engagement and participation across programs.
Serves as a positive representative of the PE/ Athletic department by maintaining strong relationships with students and understanding the school’s culture, needs, and expectations.
Assists with game day management including field/court setup, score table duties and supervision.
Demonstrates understanding of athletic compliance requirements for coaches and student-athletes
