
• May perform specialized activities and functions specific to program.
• Completes documentation and other reporting requirements.
• Meets regularly with supervisor and participates in other continuing professional development opportunities.
• Contributes on agency committees and special tasks and promotes a sense of agency with coworkers and staff and communicates in ways that support agency mission and values.
• Coordinates and provides individual and group living skills assessment and training for all STLP and shelter residents.
• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Adherence to the requirements and deadlines for weekly note submission and data collection.
• Utilizes redirection to minimize problematic behaviors.
• Collaborate with families and other team members to promote consistent behavioral
strategies.
• Actively promotes clients mental alertness and engagement through involvement in activities of interest.
• Provides service in-home, or in community.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance professional development.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
