I may have no job experience but that is why I am here, to help improve more on my skills and help provide to my family and learn to be more independent. I work well in a team because of my ability of learning with others, when needed I can also work independently and get the job done. I am a big problem solver when it comes to both the work and the team, if anyone has a problem I will confront them about it and get it resolved. A lot of people have told me I am friendly and kind hearted person, I have a ability to make others laugh and smile. If needed I can multitask and balance multiplied challenges at a time and to make sure the job is done and right.
