
I have around 3 years of Customer Service Experience in a call center.
I consider myself as a friendly and empathetic person with excellent communication skills, dedicated to providing outstanding service and support. My 5 years plus of Customer service experiences has created a backbone in solid understanding of customer needs and conflict resolution, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities. I will always aiming to build positive customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
