Monitor members’ academic performance and provide guidance on meeting GPA requirements; customize personalized improvement plans for members on probation. Conduct one-on-one meetings with active members to create accountability contracts and review academic success. Manage academic probation systems by maintaining clear and smooth communication, monitoring group accountability chats, and enforcing eligibility guidelines for charity events. Share weekly scholarship opportunities with active members to promote academic advancement and reduce financial barriers. Validate accurate documentation of members’ academic progress and report findings to chapter leadership (President).
