- Answering calls from patients throughout the day to discuss concerns and questions regarding the surgical procedures and pre and post-surgical questions
- Communicate with patients and family members regarding certain disease process and surgical progress before and/or after the surgery
- Performing and assisting in office procedures including gastric band adjustment, incision and drainage, wound care, and drain removals
- Reviewing laboratory values, imaging test results and pathology results with physicians and patients
