· Daily rounds Providing care by patient examination, review of medical history, and assessment of patient stability

· Diagnose and treat common and chronic conditions

· Prescribe and manage medication and therapies

· Develop care plans and plan for advanced care as a patient's condition changes

· Educate patients and their families on how to manage acute and chronic conditions

· Collaborate with primary care physicians, therapists, and case managers to enhance the delivery of patient-centered care

· On-call outside of regular business hours

· Family medicine, Management critical care patients with CVA, Pulmonary disorders, Interventional and pulmonary rehabilitation services, Chest X-ray interpretation,

· Experience in caring for acutely Ill patients with complex medical and surgical conditions, as well as experience with multiple chronic medical conditions.

· Document complete history and physical examination appropriate to the level of illness, formulate differential diagnoses, and write appropriate orders, and tests. Able to assess patient's preventative services required

• Trained new nurses in proper techniques, care standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
• Coordinated nursing care on unit through staff assignments, assisting and rounding with physicians, monitoring patient orders, and communicating with ancillary departments.
• Conducted daily shift briefs to inform staff of changes in patient care assignments.
• Mentored and supervised junior nurses, fostering a supportive and professional work environment.
