• Issuing purchase orders accurately and promptly.

· Coordinating containerized and breakbulk export shipments of frozen foods from North America to various regions worldwide.

· Day-to-day communication with suppliers, cold storages, trucking companies, steamship lines, freight forwarders, internal overseas agents, and customers to ensure a timely and smooth cargo delivery process.

· Interaction with all functional departments within the company, including transportation, credit, accounting, claims, sales, and purchases, to maintain streamlined information and documentation exchange for effective decision-making and workflow.

· Preparing shipping export documents for customers.

· Constantly optimizing shipments by increasing cost- and time-efficiency at every step of the logistics process. This includes negotiating existing freight and handling rates, seeking new vendors, improving internal and external communication, and enhancing personal productivity.

• Responsible for sales of frozen foods to countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
• Built a customer base from the ground up by adding 22 new customers.
• Achieved 60% increase in gross profit for the region in the first year of sales.

• Responsible for logistics operations and customs clearance.
• Handled export, import and transit goods, mainly sea freight and cargo moving by rail.
• Supervised a staff of four field agents.
