I've always been a salesman, and my approach is very effective. I am currently retired, and looking to get back into sales. As you can see in my job experiences I have been a sales trainer, a sales closer, and I am certainly in the top 10% of seasoned salesman. I have worked all over the world and spent time in many countries around the world working on complex construction projects. I've done a lot of work for the military, and DOD contracts. Most of the countries that I spent time in were in Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and most of Latin America. I owned a number of contracting companies where I spent time training salesman to close deals. I am a deal addict I love the feeling of closing contracts. My approach to sales is to gain trust from the customer, and with a wealth of knowledge in code compliance I quickly gain confidence in perspective clients.
