• On call for clinic one weekend per month, taking hospital calls and patient calls from three state area

• Began hematology consults as needed. These were done immediately which increased patient and provider satisfaction

• Reviewed post-operative orders and continuously monitored patients' post-operative vitals, set up PCA and fluids and oriented patients to unit to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Cared for post transplant patients, and surgical and medical oncology patients.
• Worked with medical residents and attendings to care for patients
