- Oversee and manage the quality and compliance program and lead change through strategic approaches that ensure higher efficiency and best practices through administration of the Kansas Behavioral Health Contract
- Effectively analyze and trend program reports and build comparative data through benchmarking initiatives designed for performance improvement
- Identify and capitalize on community business opportunities with effective networking.
- Consult with representatives of regulatory agencies to complete accurate filings and uphold strict compliance.
- Monitor, investigate, and report adverse incidents and quality of care issues to ensure quality and compliance standards are met and/or exceeded with external customers, providers and internal operations
- Deliver training to 42 providers to meet and exceed performance improvement standards
- Develop, analyze, and report satisfaction survey results and secure feedback to identify action steps necessary to enhance program development
- Research and analyze program treatment data and statistics for over 40 reports monthly for legislative reporting
- Work with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure effective communication in meeting contractual needs.
