US Navy, LPD-17 USS San Antonio

  • Troubleshoot and repaired various equipment and components ranging from AFFF SOPV, contactor, coils, fuses, FCA/FCU (A/C/heat units motors), switches,transformers, sensors, relays, power panels, ABTs and MBTs
  • Used the N2000 handheld programmer to diagnose and monitor overload relays.
  • Handled installation of electrical components by splicing, joining, and connecting wires by means of crimp connectors, wire caps, wire lugs and heat shrink.

  • Division in the spotlight (DITS) Coordinator for E-Division. Enforces electrical safety compliance in accordance with ship and as well as Navy's standard
  • Flight deck electrician duties that includes performing various checks and repairs to flight deck lighting prior to going underway and during underway as necessary to ensure safe disembarkment and recovery of aircrafts that comes to the ship.
