• Creates, develops, and hosts the monthly MatStats Podcast that began airing in 2021. The show utilizes sports analytics to educate the wrestling community and grow the "World's Oldest and Greatest Sport".
• The MatStats Podcast has become the statistical library for the National Wrestling Coaches Association's website. https://nwcaonline.com/sports/matstats
• Facilitated and recruited college women in breaking the glass ceiling in their inclusion in the (exclusively male) annual NWCA All Star Match held at Princeton University in 2017.
• Assisted Wrestle Like A Girl in writing the proposal for emerging sports status for NCAA Women's Wrestling.

Highly proficient with financial statements, audits and business operations. Researches and provides analysis for distressed businesses in the commercial real estate industry and provides solutions to obtain a positive cash flow.

• Performed every task from mopping the floor to payroll.
• Transformed a single location, sleepy bar into a 3 location corporation (2 full service restaurants and a catering business).
• Grew annual sales from below $500K to over $5M.
• These results came about by providing great customer service and a niche market.
• The first tap house in state of VA. Inspired by a case study in MBA school at William & Mary.

• Transformed a sub-standard program to a regional powerhouse. Did this with an annual budget of $35K and rigorous academic standards.
• Virginia Intercollegiate State Champions for 2 of the 5 years I coached.
• Recruited and coached William & Mary's only member of the Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association Hall of Fame.
• Coached 5 William & Mary athletic Hall of Fame members.
