This involved explaining the features and benefits of our high-end security technologies, such as cameras, sensors, and panels. Despite facing various rejections and objections, I remained persistent and achieved great success in closing deals.
Due to my dedication and performance, I was promoted to the position of assistant manager within my first year. In this role, I had the responsibility of overseeing a team and ensuring their success. Together, we achieved remarkable results, generating $2.8 million in equipment sales during a single season. Additionally, I played a crucial role in recruiting and training new hires, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
