Hired as Journeyman for Data wiring of a casino, after 3 months I was asked to run a museum project in Soho. With all the change orders I found it made a 40% profit.
I was then asked to run a ambulatory hospital in Chelsea, it was a 8 million dollar project. When I left the project at a punch list stage, the job was at 9.5 million
I performed work on or ran projects of Data, light and power wiring and critical power installations for wall street companies in downtown Manhattan.
Also worked on major projects as Times building, Bloomburg building, Hurst building and the Time Warner building on 59 st Columbus Cir.
The first job i was given was Kiss FM radio station, the owner had a private meeting so I did a walk through with the foreman. After 20 minutes the owner returned when i told him the project had a
big problem of voltage drop. He checked my calculations and saw i was right, we ended up with a 70 thousand dollar change order.
