Arrive and make sure the daily ferry route and schedule is posted in front of loading dock for passengers, direct passengers to the correct loading dock, keep a count on how many are in line for each ferry to make sure it does not exceed capacity, count and line the bikes that go on the vessel. Ensure only service dogs enter the vessel with passenger, communicate with the captain of how many people are coming aboard, and if it clear for them to leave the dock after loading, help passengers make payments at kiosks before they board.
Check and make sure brake lights and other exterior lights on the bus work correctly, check for and write up any personal belongings that may have been left behind by riders, thoroughly sweep, mop, and sanitize the entire interior of every shuttle and bus, clean inside and outside of the windows.
