Seeking a position that offers ongoing learning and growth opportunities, while making a positive impact on others through building meaningful relationships, providing valuable training and continued mentorship.
My central mindset is to lead by example. I understand that my words and actions set a higher standard for procedural safety and quality of workmanship, whether working alongside co-workers or providing orientation training for new hires. I personally approach each service call with a sequence of operation to help eliminate any potential hazards that might be overlook due to complacency and many of my co-workers have adopted this same approach with much success. When teaching new employees, (whether experienced or not) my focus is explaining how every decision we make throughout the day should reflect CAC's positive safety culture. I began teaching at Butler Tech to improve the quality of students that were completing the program, to improve the mindset and increase the skillset of students entering the workforce. What I found was my strength for connecting with people, conveying information in many different ways to match their learning styles and the experience of working through problems with people that have a different mindset or different experiences to achieve the same goal.
