12 direct reports. Mentored junior team members with our team's tools and processes. Lead review of team's installation design changes, 3D harness routing and harness assembly drawings. Managed budget and resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet cost and schedule. Interviewed and provided input on selection of new hire engineers. I also performed as project lead developing comprehensive Microsoft projects outlining deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation for successful project completion on multiple F-16 programs.

Electrical Design & Installation Lead Control Account Manager (CAM)/Estimator

Mentor to 3 CAMs on the Electrical Design & Installation team as well as 4 CAMs on F-16 Equipment, Systems and Check Processing teams. CAM on multiple F-16 programs including new production programs for Bahrain, Taiwan/Morocco, Jordan, Bulgaria and Slovak. Also CAM on multiple F-16 retrofit programs (multiple VIPER, Service Life Extension Programs, MIDS, etc). Responsible for team's estimates ensuring they meet EVMS requirements and utilizing recent and accurate rationale. Provide monthly ETC inputs, create control accounts, work packages, charge number requests and provide cost/schedule variance root causes, program impacts and corrective actions. Alternate to team's F-22 CAM.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of wire harnesses with equipment and systems installations. Presented technical harness installation designs to both internal stakeholders and external clients through well-crafted reports and presentations that effectively communicated key information. Led a team of electrical installation engineers to complete complex projects within strict deadlines successfully. Mentored junior engineers, providing guidance on harness routing best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Detail level design of brackets, bracket installation and harness installation drawings using 2D CAD software. Design wire harness models and harness routing using 3D CAD software. Provide technical support for production first article, retrofit kit proof and follow-on production/retrofit installations.
