- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nuclear manufacturing teams to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets

- Ensure compliance with nuclear regulations, industry standards, and company policies

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training plans to enhance team members' skills

- Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions

- Analyze manufacturing data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize manufacturing processes

- Weld nuclear components and equipment using various welding processes, including SMAW, GMAW

- Ensure welds meet strict nuclear industry standards, including ASME Section III and NRC regulations

- Conduct visual inspections and perform radiography testing to ensure weld quality

- Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve welding issues and implement process improvements

- Weld armor steel, aluminum, and other materials used in Bradley vehicle construction

- Perform repairs, modifications, and upgrades on Bradley vehicles, including hull, turret, and suspension components

- Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to ensure welds meet military standards and specifications

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
