- Supported the Quality Control units (claims, customer service, etc.). By developing a system that created samples and presented them to QC processors for audit. Used SAS to summarize those audits and generate accuracy statistics available to management via a Microsoft Access database. That data was used for appraisals, disciplinary actions, etc. As many as 150 reports ran on a daily basis.
- Constructed Agent Performance Summary Report (APSR) and a claims version (CPSR), which utilized SAS Intrnet coding. These were also used for performance appraisals and discipline.
- Accessed data from EDW/EUAL, RADAR, INSINQ, ECS, and HIGHBAR, among other sources.
- Used PC SAS, Enterprise Guide, Microsoft Access, and Excel.
