Born and raised in Idaho and lived in the treasure valley for the last forty five years. I have been in a supervisor role since I was twenty years old and have strong leadership skills and strong problem solving abilities. My years in concrete construction taught me how to quickly work through problems and make the difficult decisions needed. My belief in quality as well as schedule needs has lead me to know how to manage my time as well as the time others. I have made lifelong relationships with the people I have worked with, both employees and customers. I strive to be hardworking and honest in everything I attempt.
I was the first employee of RF foundations.
I worked on foundations side and later ran this side for owner
I was in charge of all onsite duties, inspections, concrete orders, scheduling, bidding, billing safety and much more.
After the two years in charge of running four foundation crews as well as the complete company when owner was not available.
I was very proud to have a reputation of quality and schedules met consistently.
I was the lead to the owner of the company.
Did everything from form packing to layout.
Took over all responsibilities when owner was not on jobsite
Ran a three man crew doing foundations for new and remodel construction.
Was in charge of the job site from start to finish. Handled all tasks including safety, layout, inspection, trailer readiness, supply orders, billing calculations and concrete orders.
