I have been in a supervisor role since I was twenty years old and have strong leadership skills and strong problem solving abilities. My years in concrete construction taught me how to quickly work through problems and make the difficult decisions needed. My belief in quality as well as schedule needs has lead me to know how to manage my time as well as the time others. I have made lifelong relationships with the people I have worked with, both employees and customers. I strive to be hardworking and honest in everything I attempt.
