  • I was promoted to Intake Coordinator and I am responsible for all authorization's (6g's). I schedule all the RN visit's for reassessments and 6 month visit's. I schedule all visit's that the RN has to do for the community care (Medicaid) side. I make sure all member's are happy with their services. I also work all the Case Manager's DARS to send in to payroll. Anything that is sent out to AAU or SPPC is through me. I have to log and document all paperwork coming in and out of office to AAU or SPPC. I keep up with all the eval's and TB test that are due for all employee's on the Community Care side. There are several jobs that I do on a daily basis even if it is not part of my job: I will do whatever is needed at the time. As of 8/1/17 we were told that our company, Kindred has been sold to HCI/Jordan Healthcare. We have the opportunity to be employed with the agency as fitted.
