
Started working in manufacturing since 2001, Via Inc in 2003, started as an associate learning all the job positions (cutting, sewing, upholstery etc...) moving my way up to leading position. In 2007 started as a lead, leading 15+ employees. In 2017 I was promoted to a Supervisor. In 2021 I was promoted to Supervised 2 production lines with 40+ employees.
