I have been a RN for 48 years. I started my career in ER, ICU, and step down units. I moved to the OR in 1991. I worked there successfully for 39 years. I retired because surgery was physically demanding and I needed to care for my husband. I started substitute teaching because I love children and wanted to give back to my community. I have been doing developmental pre school at Zionsville Community Schools. Leighann a nurse I worked with at St Vincent told me about this PRN position that was available. I thought this would better fit my job skills.
