Insightful Human Resources Coordinator assists HR team with staffing, record-keeping, employee benefits and other HR-related duties. Assist with daily operation of the department including new hire orientation, ID badges, office supply orders, creation of various flyers & postings. Assist associates with all Human Resource questions. Process new hire paperwork, post job postings on external sites & and company career page, update job descriptions, Intake of FMLA, E-verify, Plex & ADP new hire set up, process expense reimbursements, plan company events & projects, update HR forms & policies, uniform orders, schedule meetings and interviews, New hire interviews, time sheets and points, vacation tracking, create courses and add trainings, Attendance bonus, performance evaluations, background checks, process terminations, organization chart up to date, & any other duties requested by management.
