I started this manager and customer service managing the welcome center, which was the front desk greeting customers, ordering lunches setting up meetings I was the manager and I had six people under me. We also backed up the CEOs, assistant and customer service by entering orders visitors, customers, and new hires, then I went on to manage the literature fulfillment team under the marketing group had four people under me and we were responsible for picking up the mail distributing sending out UPS Fedex certified mail we also fulfilled the printing fulfilling for trade shows. These shows could be throughout the United States Canada, and sometimes Europe you also make sure that the packages were returned and put back into stock. We did the runs between the building and supported all the teams in Hunt, Valley and Reno and anyone that was remote also did the invoicing took care of the timesheet . I also assisted the CEOs executive assistant with board meetings and meetings with our vendors and prospects I will attach an overall list of things that my team did we set up for luncheons internal traders with the company. We printed the banner bobs and any kind of signs we did for the shows of our handouts and booklets. We printed the business cards in house this was a great cost cutting through the company. My job was multitasking keeping customers, visitors and our internal customers. I wore many hats in the company.
