Currently I am doing monthly audits to make sure all applications are signed and have the correct coverage to avoid law suits. As well as any other audits requested by Management. This is done through a program called Zoho, this way there is only one copy of the truth as the owner states.


Shipping, which is when a policy is sold the agent will send an email with the application and proof of insurance. I/shipper will send the application to be signed through a program called Zoho sign. Once the application is signed I will then send proof of insurance to the client and/or the car dealership.


Attach signed applications plus pertinent information in a program call Hawksoft to the persons file.


Company memos, when a company requests information I will email the client requesting the information.


Create videos for the company YouTube channel, blog, as well as an insurance company blog through Rightsure.
