Ilantus was a company with a unique and relatively mature IAM product - Converged IAM.
But they were unable to position the product and handle themselves.
I was responsible for renaming (following a divestment within the company) and repositioning the brand and the product in the IAM market to some significant success.

* Understood elements of the IAM market, customer needs, and possible new vendor approaches and technology developments that perhaps nobody else knows. This is owing to the unique single-code product with Access Management, IGA, and PAM (and now CIEM) all built natively within the same platform. The talent market is completely void of people with intimate experience with such a product. Which we know is actually the immediate and growing future of IAM.
* Have formulated a plan that relies on a Converged IAM Platform to corner the unaddressed 50-250 employee customer size - and being able to sell a full platform to them - not just pieces.
* Had to split from Cross Identity due to differences of opinion with other senior management (namely the CEO). Unfortunate case of being stuck in habit and refusing to see a clearer future and take steps to achieve it.
