As the product delivery director in Human Resource and Employee Experience organization, I am responsible for 3 Pillars - Product Delivery, Program Management and Agile Transformation

• Drive product and agile delivery for large Employee Experience Product Portfolio across 10+ products, 34 teams, 250+ team members outcomes that impact 300K+ employees and Lines of businesses sprawling Global Technology, Chief Administrative Office, HR, Risks and Controls and Finance.
• Responsibilities encompass managing and driving Product delivery with my transformation team which is responsible for end to end transformation backlog, delivery plans, milestones and dates.
• Collaborate with several lines of businesses and functional partners to ensure that our products are delivered on time with quality providing high value to our customers
• Effectively communicate with all levels within organization and inspire and motivate product teams
• Bring products to market by managing all aspects of project life cycle from detailed plan development/maintenance, resource management, scope definition and management, change control, through testing and implementation
• Provide regular updates to business sponsors and stakeholders as to status of projects in progress
• Monitor and ensure that any deliverables/deployments outstanding at time of initial product launch are completed including marketing roll out plans, etc
• Engage in solving difficult problems with creative, cost effective solutions
• Facilitate effective brainstorming sessions
• Agile Culture champion enhancing skills and knowledge of over 300 employees; Lead at Delaware Agility leads Community which includes 75+ Agility Leads and Product owners across 7 Lines of Business. Lead faculty at Chase Agility Lead / Scrum master Academy and Trainer for Product Transformation and Agile ways of working impacting 200+ change agents across Corporate technology
• Founder of Delaware wide mentoring program which mentors 75+ Scrum masters to advance their careers.
• Led, facilitated, and trained several scrum masters, product owners and teams in Scrum, Product definition, Retrospective workshops, and Lean software development workshops.
• Responsible for Organizational blueprint and standing up Lean and Agile Center of Excellence for Corporate technology embracing System thinking and positive organizational behaviors. levels. Great experience in large room facilitation involving Managing Directors and Executive Directors.
• Responsible for Assessing Agile Organizational health, Team sentiments and building tailored growth plans at all levels.

Large technology-enabled program delivery, business change and transformation delivery responsibility (people, process and systems) with experience in the following:

• Broad, proven IT Program Management experience (complete SDLC management)
• Strong working knowledge of Waterfall methodology as well as experience in an Agile environment (SCRUM).
• Strong budget management capability.
• An understanding of key controls during the project lifecycle, across Waterfall and Agile.
• Resource management, opportunities assessment and business process improvements
• Responsible for managing a very large program’s (Total budget of $500MM) performance
  testing that included several projects involving Agile, Waterfall and Combination
  Methodologies
• Managed several projects within the Large Scale Program (35+ projects)
• Managed projects of between 5,000 and 30,000 hours (10 to 50 resources)
• Responsible for managing shared services and external vendor groups
• Managed domestic and global (virtual) teams
• Performance/Scalability Testing
• Technology Refresh (Leading the development team from legacy tech stack to the target state)

• Manage all Program activities for North America and Latin America transformation programs in Corporate Banking Operations including schedule, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality as defined in the America’s Transformation roadmap for Citibank. Total Program Budget $50MM USD
• Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success.
• Implement resource strategy for specific organization and implement sourcing schedule to ensure workforce coverage.
• Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary
• Handle Steering meetings and Operating committee meetings
• Provide thought leadership for change management process (was part of Change control board)
• Plan, strategize and execute Technology Evolution Projects involving Business Process Transformation for ICG – Institution Clients Group for Citibank Americas. (NA and LATAM).
• Engage, consult and involve Managing Directors and Regional Directors in all delivery elements of the transformation scorecard to ensure achievement of goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic inputs and conduct presentations to the company's executives on all initiatives relating to transformation.

• Implement transformation projects (Global budget $33MM USD) for global clients. -Industry platforms like Flexcube, Citidocs, Wall Street, MTNA for NA, EMEA and ASPAC clients.
• Manage group of reengineering experts on automation and re-engineering activities
• Redesign existing business processes and systems in areas of Loans (Originations, Syndication and Trading), Payments, FX and MM.
• Help improve process efficiency, to enable client to handle significant business growth and standardization of processes and eliminate all manual intensive, spreadsheet based processes and align them with Flexcube.
• Provide necessary training required in areas particularly Settlements, Funds transfer, SWIFT instructions set up, Trading and STP.
• Responsible for activities of Quality assurance team, working to ensure that all system enhancements receive proper testing and meet determined standards.
• Report status of projects to Executive management team (that includes the Managing Director of Citibank, Global Head of Operations- Loans).
• Management of Industry Reference Model’s (then i-flex Process Framework for Banking) abstract process division for Bangalore which was engaged in creation and review of banking process models under various functional areas)
• Evaluation and management of Global Business Process modeling tools like ARIS, System Architect, Provision and Oracle Business Process Architecture.
• Provide leadership and management for companywide research and development programs and activities related to IRM (Industry reference model).
