• Involved in major migrations where we replaced the 6500 devices with the Nexus 7k and Nexus 5K devices in the core and aggregation layers, which involves fixing of all layer 1 and layer 2 issues and doing some configuration changes as per the requirements of clients.
• Troubleshooting and repair break-fix issues that might arise in production environment including routing issues that involves BGP, MPLS LLDP, LACP, and identifying the root cause of the issues. Upgrading IOS on devices like 2960 switches, N7k and 6500, 4500 devices. Also have good exposure in doing Wireshark captures and analyzing the .pacp files.
• Coordinating with service providers for any issues of slowness in the network, doing escalations to other teams if the defect found in the Network has some dependency with other hardware/software and do follow-ups till analysis/solution provided by them.

• • Configuration of various Cisco Routers & L2/L3 Switches and implementing routing protocols on the routers.

• Configuration of EIGRP and OSPF as interior gateway protocol with route filtering and route redistribution, installed and maintained Cisco 3600, 2600 and 7200 backbone routes with HSRP.
