Currently TIG weld anywhere from 1” - 248” Carbon pipe and stainless steel.

• Pipe fitter.
• Stick weld structure when needed.
• Hydro Test pipe for leaks.

• Welding and fabrication of large military boxes, Hydraulic tanks and other parts. In various positions, uphill, downhill overhead horizontal. Using short circuit MIG spray transfer flux core, TIG and metal core. Stainless pipe. Currently using 0.45 metal core.
• Reading and understanding prints/welding prints for precision and efficiency.

• TIG weld pipe in shops or in the field in all positions, 10% X-Rays depending on location and customer specifications. Stainless and Carbon pipe.
• Pipe fitter if needed.
• Field Supervisor, able to read prints ahead of build to check for changes that needed to be made. In charge of ground up projects which include concrete, electrical, structural steel, pipe fit up and welding. Responsible for making sure the fit up was to specifications and correct material was being used. Coordinated with customer management and my upper management to get the best possible profit and customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for the overall sales and merging that involves my department. Scheduling of my associates to make sure that proper coverage is there to increase customer service and sales. Implementing very precise cycle counts to control inventory, profit and shrink that occurs threw out human error or freight flow operations.

• Responsible for the diagnosis of vehicles as fast and efficient as possible. Responsible for making sure the customer in a safe driving vehicle.

• Responsible for the maintenance of over 150 vehicles, heavy equipment and ensured routine schedules were met consistently.
• Implemented safety devices to equipment that resulted in a reduction in down-time and increased production
• Helped with welding projects.
• For overtime I would lay pipe and finish concrete on an industrial level.

• Constructed fire lines that prevented the progress of uncontrollable fire fronts
• Type 3 fire incident fire commander. Leader of over 20 people one helicopter and two engines. Preformed maintenance and safety check in a very hazardous high stress environment with no incidents.
