- The CR Merchandisers in the CR team serve as the eyes and ears of the team on-site. The merchandisers ensure that their stores are in perfect shape to drive sales growth. The Merchandisers do this by supporting the Formats Team members to build hardware in stores for new projects and improvements to the sites that drive the sales growth. The Merchandisers need to understand how we want to grow, to make sure that they keep their stores in line with these guidelines. Focus on a constant pursuit of excellence in CR execution.
- Support the Space Manager in delivering store resets. Audits: Completing CR Marketing Audits and supporting and coaching the stores to deliver better performance and drive CR initiatives. Build new equipment in large stores or rebuild/layout of small stores. Support the development team in building equipment for new Retrofit sites, including new Food Stores.
- CAT MGMT & PROMO: Support special growth projects that require the movement of hardware on-site. Day-to-day: Support sites with day-to-day challenges in hardware: replacing, fixing, and moving hardware. Partner with the other CR Merchandisers to ensure that the CR warehouse is organized, neat, clean, and safe. Keep an inventory of hardware, equipment, and other items in the warehouse and report up the chain when additional hardware and equipment need to be procured to support the stores. Expertise in working safely with care for yourself, the site, site staff, and customers.
