My grandparents live in the Foxwood Condominium association, on the south side of town off of McElroy St. Last summer, my grandpa hired me to work for the Condominium association to do basic outside maintenance. Cleaning gutters, raking leaves, pressure washing houses ect. I worked there over the summer last year and everyone loved me. All of the older folk that live in those Condos loved me so much that I was offered the part time position once again this year.

Football requires a lot of volunteering. Volunteering opportunities arise all the time throughout the program, and I take as many of them as I can get. The major events that I volunteer at is the Youth camp that Memorial hosts every year. During this camp little kids from all over Eau Claire come to Memorial to play football with the Old Abe's. As a volunteer you are required to help coaches with drills, setting up and cleaning up the field before and after the camp, and overall just make sure the camp runs smoothly.
