Cooking and baking
During the pandemic, I was looking for a new hobby to master. To achieve this I read cook books picked up skills from youtube videos and started cooking frequently. As a result I made different kinds of cookies, pies and cakes. I mastered Barbecuing and smoking with steak, chicken and vegetables. I accomplished making pomegranate jelly from scratch which included picking, juicing, straining, cooking and canning the jelly. Which made wonderful christmas gifts for frends and family. Through mastering these skills I was able to contribute with the family Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
