Publications

A Study on Wear Resistance on Graphene Coated Inconel 718, 05/01/24, The study conducted a wear test on Inconel 718, a high-strength, heat-resistant nickel-chromium alloy coated with graphene. The test aimed to enhance the tribological properties of Inconel 718 under controlled conditions, measuring the coefficient of friction. The results showed that graphene-coated IN-718 showed better wear resistance at both room temperature and higher temperatures, providing valuable insights into the potential applications of graphene coatings in enhancing the durability and performance of materials subjected to wear.

Projects

Friction Stir Processing (FSP) of Metal Matrix Composite, SEM, Wear, Disc Polisher, Tensile, The study fabricated Metal Matrix Composites (MMCs) with varying reinforcement compositions of niobium carbide (NbC) and zirconium carbide (ZrC) using Friction Stir Processing. The results showed significant grain refinement and improved mechanical properties, with 9% reinforcement resulting in 30% increase in tensile strength and hardness. Simulation of Printing Press, Inventor, Adams, Automatic screen printing is similar to hand screen printing, except that the process is automated and much faster. Here we invented the prototype of 'Electronically Controlled Automatic System'. Designing and Simulating of Scissor Jack, Inventor, ANSYS, SolidWorks, Constructing the scissor model and simulating the model in inventor. The simulation of scissor jack is worked when a load is applied. The scissor jack model was constructed using Inventor and SolidWorks, and then simulated and applied loads to ensure it can withstand the load. SolidWorks and ANSYS were used throughout the simulation process.
