As a state-certified ABA technician, I work with young children on the autism spectrum to provide behavior support, focusing on enhancing their daily lives and teaching essential coping skills. I collect data during each session to monitor and implement tailored treatment plans effectively. My role involves delivering therapy in home-based, school-based, and clinic-based settings, where I adapt my approach to meet each child's unique needs that has been pre-planned. I maintain records of patients' behaviors to track progress so I can take back to my superiors to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Additionally, I support with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and prioritize advising families, empowering them to actively participate in their child's therapeutic journey.

In my previous roles, I effectively managed tasks related to meal services and nutrition in a healthcare environment. I maintained a clean and efficient kitchen by handling dirty trays, operating dish machines, and washing pots and pans to support meal preparation. I also delivered meal trays to patients and ensured their needs were met in a timely matter, while operating the tray line to guarantee accuracy and quality in meal presentation. I also gathered and processed meal orders, working closely with dieticians to meet dietary requirements, managing tube feeding orders, and conducting thorough floor checks to ensure nutritional accuracy. Additionally, I maintained the dining area and managed supplies effectively, contributing to overall satisfaction for customers and my peers.

As the shift lead, I effectively delegated tasks to ensure smooth operations while supporting managers with paperwork and handling daily functions during busy periods. I operated cash registers, prepared food, and prioritized customer satisfaction, enforcing company policies among team members. My responsibilities included preparing shift summary reports, resolving customer complaints with solutions, and training new employees. I assist with handling inventory, maintained organized production areas to prevent hazards, and assist with creating project plans to meet the business demands on a daily basis. My role was to also help foster a safe and productive work environment through employee training and adherence to safety procedures.
