As a A. Project Manager for the G+5 Group Housing Project, I was responsible for delivering 331 flats of various configurations including 1Bhk, 2 BHk, and 3 Bhk. My job responsibilities in this area included:

2, Coordinating with the design team to ensure that the architectural plans were properly executed.
3, Monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring that it was completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
4, Managing a team of engineers, architects, contractors, and workers to ensure that the construction work was completed as per the project schedule and quality standards.
5, Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all workers on-site.

I worked as a Senior Project Engineer for the construction of a Group Housing Project in a 105-acre project in Amritsar, my role was to oversee all aspects of the project from planning to execution. My job responsibilities included:

1, Conducting regular site inspections to ensure that the construction work was progressing as per the plan and quality standards were being met.
2, Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment were available on-site as per the project schedule.
3, Preparing and maintaining accurate construction records, including daily reports, progress reports, and other documentation.

3, Preparing and updating project plans and schedules to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget
4, Coordinating with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure that the billing and planning activities were aligned with the project objectives.
5, Overall, my experience working as a Senior Project Engineer and Billing & Planning Engineer on this Group Housing Project in Amritsar has equipped me with a broad range of skills and expertise in construction management, project planning, and stakeholder management, which I bring for my future career.
