The goal of the project is to migrate around 1400+ OnPrem SharePoint Applications to Office 365 (SharePoint Online).

• Organizing and facilitating project meetings including Requirements gathering, Design & Architect review, Testing strategy meetings, Issue resolution meetings
• Develop system designs with functional and technical specifications to meet requirements
• Participated in system development life cycle from requirements analysis through system implementation.
• Participate in migration applications planning & strategy meetings and provide input on the most appropriate and effective use of applications

• GPS : Estee Lauder GPS is project aimed at replacing their existing International Pricing System (IPS) written on Legacy AS 400 based system with SharePoint 2010 based system
• GIS User Provisioning: GIS System is request tracking application which allows to submit access requests for non-SAP systems, submit new system access requests
• PMO : Project Management Office is new intranet application used to track, manage all Estee Lauder Projects information and generate project reports
