Responsible for Identification and Creation of cases in the safety database from the reports received through the HiLIT tool, E2b, Client share point and mail box.
Responsible for data basing the information in SharePoint and assigning tasks to colleagues.
Prioritizing the cases from all the sources based on day zero and move cases to respective workflows as per timelines.
Review Source Documents to assess the validity of an ICSR and perform duplicate search in HiLIT tool and accept the case to Argus database.
Request for any missing information or clarification of erroneous data and sent queries in accordance to the SOP to the third parties or the client and follow up them diligently.
Complete Case processing of the Safety information to Argus Database.
Assess Adverse events for Seriousness, causality and performing Medical coding using MedDRA and WHODD.
Handling Mailbox and Performing Weekly data reconciliation and tracking queries.
Supporting the new Colleagues and Mentoring them on the Process of Triage and ICSR processing.
Participating in the Automation process and Highlighting the issues in HiLIT tool and Optima tool to the stakeholders.
