- Drove the product vision, roadmap, and GTM for the Microsoft Teams AI Library (v2). Orchestrated cross-functional engineering, design, marketing, and field enablement to deliver the library from concept to GA in < 12 months for JS/C# and python
- Go-to-market ownership: defined packaging, pricing, partner incentives, and a multi-channel launch campaign that reached > 10 K developers in the first 30 days.
- Developer success: introduced CLI scaffolding, environment management, and sample agents, reducing time-to-first-message from days to under 30 minutes.
- Platform strategy: partnered with Azure OpenAI and Graph engineering to ship native support for RAG, long-term memory, and ensuring enterprise-grade compliance.

- Worked on building a centralized portal for admins to manage all apps(1P, 3P, LOB) in M365 admin center from scratch.
- Worked with 10+ partner teams to create execution plan to stand up a service to support app management for office add-ins, Teams and SPFX using azure apps for auth.
- We successfully deliver the v1 in 2 quarters with all dependency and launched it for admins with high CSAT in rings.
- We had 20,000 global admins MAU by GA and 60,000 apps installed monthly.

- I was the lead PM who was responsible for building the HRMS/Applicant tracking system from the candidate's perspective and was offered as SaaS tool to the customers.
- This product intended to deliver personalized experience to candidates who are passive and not looking for opportunities. Our hypothesis was that good candidates are passive and smart algo can work as a matchmaker between organizations and candidates.
- This product brought in 0.6 million ARR from customers like Ola, Amazon & Uber.

- This was the first PM role which I worked on and was responsible for improving ARPU from $1.5 USD to $5-6 USD.
- This work primarily involved working with SMB customers to identify additional business activities which can be initiated from inside the app that would help in improving the ARPU for EZETAP.
- We identified scenarios by breaking them into demographics requirements and targeted the tier 2/3 cities of India by offering them booking services for mobile recharges, ticket booking integrations for trains and flights, and had planned for hotel booking integration as well.
- We were able to double our ARPU from $ 1.5 to $3 with our release of booking service.
