• Volunteered at various events such as wrestling tournaments, the annual "Hoops for Hope" game, and blood drives, collaborating with school administrators to help promote such activities.

• Mentored young female athletes at a soccer and lacrosse camp focused on empowering girls and inspiring the next generation of female athletes

LIFHA Youth Clinics

• Coached and mentored young field hockey players, teaching fundamental skills and game IQ.
• Encouraged teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship in a fun environment through organizing drills and stations.

91 Lacrosse Youth and Neon Lacrosse Clinics

• Coach and mentored young lacrosse players through the 91 club lacrosse program and served as a positive role model
• Supported Neon Lacrosse’s mission of empowering young girls and raising awareness for breast cancer through lacrosse camps and clinics

Nassau County Games For The Physically Challenged

• Chosen as one of five students in the class to assist athletes with physical disabilities during recreational and competitive events
• Encouraged participation of athletes and worked collaboratively with other volunteers to support the event

FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America)

• Develop competent, aggressive business leadership while creating more interest in and understanding of American business enterprise.
• Collaborated with other members to use as a sound board to help develop business plan for my private lacrosse and field hockey training business

GC Athletic Health & Training Club

• Worked with athletic trainers to promote athlete health, injury prevention, and wellness.
• Advocated for student athlete mental health through educational initiatives and organized fundraising events such as bake sales.
