I quickly became confident and competent on the unit, proving myself to me an asset as a compassionate and driven member of the team.

My end goal in nursing is to become a professor and teach the next generation of nurses; while I work towards that goal I would like to combine my bedside skills with my drive to educate, and being a new grad resource nurse is an ideal way to begin that journey.

With just over a year of experience, I am uniquely positioned to be a valuable resource for new graduates. I can closely relate to the unique challenges they face and offer personalized advice from my recent experience. I aspire to inspire and support them, showing that it won't be long before they gain the same confidence in their nursing abilities as I have now.
