  • Practice in a 22 bed ICU with a variety of neurological conditions including: ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, anoxic brain injuries, and diseases of the brain and spinal cord.
  • Collaborated with intensivists and aided to provide advanced care to patients in high pressure environments such as rapid sequence intubations, bedside external ventricular drain placements, and lumbar punctures.
  • Monitor hemodynamics during procedures, perform time outs, administer critical medications safely, and communicate clearly and efficiently with interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor neurological and hemodynamic stability in post-surgical patients, including those undergoing craniotomy, decompressive hemicraniectomy, thrombectomy, laminectomies, and tumor resection.
