worked for a little under a year as a Host. Was able to work above and under other Host's. The lead Host position required me to figure out what tables should be sat and amount of time guests would have to wait for tables. Experience allowed for better communication skills with different tempered guests.

Volunteered for multiple week long camps that allowed students to learn and grow. My role involved being the camp leader has allowed me to counsel students in ways they were struggling and how some problems could be solved.

Moving families is more volunteer for me, I help with loading, unloading and if needed I help set up the homes to make unpacking go faster so they can settle in.

Organized and planned events for youth group for three years, reading assigned books to help us learn while being taught how to be an effective independent leader and group leader.

Grew up working on farms around the Ankeny area, have experienced "Bean walking" which is walking the rows of bean fields and pulling all the weeds by hand. Sheep sheering and general farm upkeep for the most part.

Worked at a Small Business Helping With Ordinary Cleaning Around the Shop.

Worked at small business cleaning the everything and making sure it was dusted and vacuumed, if florists needed help then I assisted as best as I could.

I worked for a little over a year for this family, taking care of their kid and making sure he was well cared for, it allowed me to truly understand how to be fully independent and made choices for the child and parents best interest.

Following the Photographer, making sure everything i on schedule and checking off what shoots she is wanting to do, providing for the bride and the wedding party, making sure everything is going smoothly. I have also independently been a photographer for smaller events.

I've decorated for many events including, Birthday Parties, Wedding's, baby showers, and friend get together. I have been able to decorate independently and have been told how to help and executing as best to me abilities.
