Summary

Volunteering and working with children allowed me to hone my skills in patience, whether it is with children or adults. It also expanded my knowledge of problem solving in unexpected situations, varying from calming a crying child to organizing an event. Also, when faced with immense pressure, I am able to carry out organized leadership in a calm manner. However, even though it is important to be logical, when approaching children, a kind and outgoing personality is a must and that is something I possess.
