1. Antarctic Embryonic Zooplankton Research

• Embryonic Development Analysis: To track and characterize the cellular and molecular processes that occur during the early stages of zooplankton development.
• Environmental Stress Response: To understand how environmental variables (e.g., ocean acidification, temperature fluctuations, etc.) impact the developmental success and fitness of zooplankton embryos.
• Genetic and Epigenetic Studies: To identify genetic markers and pathways involved in the adaptation of zooplankton species to changing environmental conditions.

Leadership Roles

1. President of Environmental Science Club

 From 2021-08-20 to 2023-05-04. I planted gardens, practiced horticulture, created informative presentations for the student body, campaigned, led the decathlon team, replanted a now-protected forest, and helped younger students with science-related subjects. 

2. Peer Tutor

From August 2020 to April 2023, I tutored middle school students who needed extra help in STEM classes, and I guided the other tutors through training. 

3. Orchestra Section leader

During the school year of 2019-2020, I was the first chair and section leader of the violas in the Philharmonic orchestra at my school.

4. Student Council

Member of student council from August 2019 to April 2023, where I aided other students in organizing schoolwide events and campaigns.
