Primarily oversees the daily operation of Village Entertainment.

Was the main point of contact for corporate partners such as Disney, Universal, and Seaworld and the Entertainment department,

Train and oversee volunteers on venue operation in an efficient and effective manner

Ensure proper inventory supply levels for Entertainment venues are maintained

Maintain all Entertainment venues so they are show ready.

Ensure communication channels between Entertainment and all Village departments are open and clear

Follow established GKTW and Entertainment policies and procedures

Engaging with Guest and Cast, working at several locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Responsibilities include operating a point-of-sale system (POS register), cash handling, stocking, inventory, and light cleaning.

Children's Activities Cast Member

Working at Walt Disney World's Contemporary, Polynesian and Grand Floridan Resort and was responsible for facilitating multiple supervised activities in front of crowds of various sizes and ages at the resort such as reading stories, teaching line dances, pool side movies and other programming.

Supported children's social and emotional development by encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.

Oversaw groups of students at school and off-site locations, maintaining optimal safety and security.

Engaged and entertained children through recreational and educational activities.

Maintained well-controlled classrooms by clearly outlining standards and reinforcing positive behaviors.

Coordinated schedules and timelines for all events hosted at the park.

Managed event contracts, including estimates, event profiles and post-event summaries.

Took reservations by phone and walk-in, keeping scheduling demands and party capacity in mind.
