Throughout my Highschool experience I was taught how to lead effectively and with compassion and understanding for others despite differences. I also have been able to work with kids with disabilities, this has taught me to have patience and I have learnt to manage both my own emotions and other’s emotions with maturity and affection.
I have been babysitting on a regular basis since June of 2024. I watch over two kids, one of which has behavioral and developmental disabilities. Through watching these kids I have learnt the importance of having responsibility and patience, as well as the importance of being able to diffuse an emotional situation. This job has helped me to build confidence in my people skills and my ability to work through conflict in a calm manner.
Additional skills:
During Highschool I was intensely involved in the choir program and was appointed as a leader for the auditioned women’s choir “ The Canterbury Belles”. Through this position I learnt vital team working skills and patience, empathy and understanding for others.
I graduated June 2025 with the title of Suma Cum Laude, with a 3.95 GPA. My involvement and commitment in my studies taught me important lessons about multitasking and time management, as well as the proper way to handle stressful and overwhelming situations.
