I’m a dedicated ICU nurse with a strong interest in critical care, and a genuine drive to keep growing in this field. My experience in a Level II trauma center has given me the chance to care for complex patients, and take on leadership roles, like becoming a charge nurse and CRRT trainer. I value teamwork, staying calm under pressure, and always looking for ways to improve my skills. I’m currently working toward my BSN, and I am hoping for the opportunity to bring my critical care background to a specialized team, like Jefferson’s Cardiac ICU.

- Provide direct care to critically ill patients with complex needs, including those on mechanical ventilation, CRRT, and vasoactive drips.
- Serve as CRRT trainer and superuser, supporting staff with education and bedside troubleshooting.
- Take on leadership responsibilities as Charge Nurse, managing team workflow, going to RRTs on other floors, make patient assignments, and admissions.
- Monitor invasive lines, continuous monitoring, manage sedation and titration of drips, and respond to rapid changes in patient conditions.
- Participate in emergency responses including Code Blues, Code crimsons, Rapid Responses, and Stroke Alerts.
- Communicate closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans.
- Support onboarding of new nurses and students through precepting and education.
