• Updated 4-6 cross-functional trackers (Line Status, SMS, Fabric/Trim) daily to maintain accurate data and clear, timely communications across teams.
• Prepared fabric and trim headers for vendor shipments and organized sourcing swatches for development.
• Tracked and approved TOP samples, maintained detailed records and ensured proper storage organization.
• Assisted with comparing bulk fabric to Design Approvals to verify quality and consistency.
• Completed ad-hoc reporting and data entry (CS Defectives, HTS research) to support decision-making.
• Spec’d fit, proto, and TOP samples; entered POM data in Centric with precise accuracy.
• Prepared garments for fit sessions and maintained multiple sample closets, racks, and studio spaces to optimize workflow.

Key Contributions within the Design Studio:

• Built and maintained a comprehensive multi-category fabric library (archival, core, bulk, specialty) containing hundreds of fabric headers used across Design, Product Development, and Production departments, ensuring teams had organized references for sourcing, sampling, and development needs.
• Created and distributed two weekly trackers for incoming and outgoing packages, improving vendor communication and reducing team operational workload.
• Developed a weekly Fitting List outlining samples on-hand and en route, increasing visibility and preparation for fit sessions.

• Attended vendor meetings with leading brands such as Billabong, O'Neil, Free People, Levi’s to support product selection and upcoming seasonal assortment planning.
• Conducted market research and presented a trend forecasting presentation for 3 Paces, leveraging consumer insights and analytics to shape Spring 2025 line planning and consumer strategies.
• Analyzed the men’s tailored assortment and proposed a strategic floor plan to optimize SKU productivity.
• Performed competitive shopping to gather market trends and provided actionable insights to buyers.
